Mr. Kan obtained his first Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and then a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) upon completing a joint program offered by the Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Hong Kong, School of Professional and Continuing Education. After obtaining the PCLL from the University of Hong Kong, he was admitted as a solicitor in 2017.

 

Mr. Kan has considerable experience in Hong Kong civil practice. Having handled a wide range of cases such as personal injury claims, probate and estate administration, trademark litigation, family disputes, nuisance and breach of contract. He is able to provide comprehensive advice on issues that involve multiple areas of law at the same time. He has particular experience in property law, including sale and purchase transactions, as well as other matters that concern immovable property.

 

Mr. Kan seeks to come up with effective and practical solutions for clients who may be facing difficult and exhausting problems.

 

Mr. Kan is fluent in Cantonese and English.
