Ms. Maggie Chan is the founder and principal solicitor of Chan Ching Man & Co.

 

Ms. Chan obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) at The University of Hong Kong and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2010. To expand her professional experience, she established her own firm in 2016 where she gives practical legal solutions to clients.  Prior to founding Chan Ching Man & Co., Ms. Chan was trained and worked in a reputed and time-honored local law firm in the general practice.

 

Through more than 10 years of practice, Ms. Chan has developed extensive experience in representing both corporate and individual clients, advising commercial matters, handling dispute resolution cases including disputes relating asset tracing and recovery, trademark, land, landlord and tenant, contract, shareholders, director’s duties, tort, matrimonial and family, employment, personal injuries, estate administration, etc.. Ms. Chan also has experience in handling criminal litigation in all levels of Courts.

 

Ms. Chan is also a civil celebrant of marriage and has celebrated a number of marriages.

 

Ms. Chan’s philosophy in her legal work is to provide clients with professional advice, practical and effective solutions, in order to assist clients to solve their problems, and most importantly, manage their risks before crisis arises.

 

Ms. Chan reads and writes Chinese and English, speaks Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
