Mr. Chan obtained his Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance / Marketing) at Queensland University of Technology in Australia and he then started his career as an financial analyst. To extend his area of specialty, he acquired Master of Science ( Construction and Real Estate ) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

He specializes in asset management specifically in areas of land and real estate. Moreover, he shows strong interest in commercial and civil litigation.
